UGANDANS went to the polls on February 18, in which long-serving President Yoweri Museveni is seeking a fifth term in office, and is up against challengers Kizza Besigye and Amama Mbabazi, and five others. Polling stations were scheduled to open at 7am, but then things went downhill very quickly.
